Culturally grounded, trauma-informed therapy and workshops for women navigating identity, motherhood, career, and the long arc of becoming. Virtual and in-person.
Three decades of work across hospitals, community clinics, courtrooms, and consulting rooms — woven into a single, deliberate practice.
I believe psychological well-being is shaped not only by personal experience, but also by family systems, culture, and the broader world we live inside of.
I am a clinical psychologist providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals navigating identity, migration, and major life transitions. Born in Taiwan and raised in the United States after immigrating in 1994, my cross-cultural background deeply informs my understanding of belonging, resilience, and intergenerational experience.
Before becoming a psychologist, I practiced law as an attorney licensed in New York and California, working closely with immigrant communities. Through that work, I witnessed the profound psychological impact of trauma, displacement, and systemic barriers, which led me to transition into psychology.
Following my own fertility journey and transition into motherhood, my work expanded to include a deeper focus on women's mental health across every life stage.
From individual psychotherapy to facilitated groups, every engagement is designed around your particular story, culture, and goals.
